Grandma’s 30-minute Chicken Alfredo


  • 4 -breast chicken (cubed)
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 20 oz. chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lb uncooked penne pasta
  • 2.5 cups grated parmesan


  • In a medium pot, heat the oil and brown the chicken. Then add garlic, and leave it for about a minute.
  • Add broth, cream, and pasta, and bring to a boil.
  • Cover and reduce the heat to low for 15-20 min.  Last, turn off heat and stir in parmesan cheese
