Grandma’s 30-minute Chicken Alfredo
- 4 -breast chicken (cubed)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves
- 20 oz. chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 lb uncooked penne pasta
- 2.5 cups grated parmesan
- In a medium pot, heat the oil and brown the chicken. Then add garlic, and leave it for about a minute.
- Add broth, cream, and pasta, and bring to a boil.
- Cover and reduce the heat to low for 15-20 min. Last, turn off heat and stir in parmesan cheese
